01/How it works
Prove it over thirty days
01
Start a pilot
Thirty days at half rate. Enough time to put real work through the team and judge it on output rather than on a pitch.
02
Judge the fit
You assess delivery quality, communication and how well we sit inside your existing process. We do the same from our side.
03
Continue or walk
If it works, you move onto the monthly rate. If it doesn't, the engagement ends there — no notice period, no penalty.
02/Included
Every month, no line items
- 40+ hours of dedicated weekly capacity
- AI/ML, web, mobile, backend and cloud in one team
- Internal QA and code review before anything reaches you
- Direct access over Slack or Discord
- Weekly progress reports and transparent work logs
- Capacity that scales up or down as the roadmap moves
03/Questions
Before you ask
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency sells you a project and staffs it from whoever is free. ProDev is a named team that stays on your account. They accumulate context about your codebase instead of resetting at every statement of work.
What happens if we need to pause?
You cancel and the billing stops at the end of that month. There is no notice period and no minimum term beyond the initial pilot.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely, from the first commit. Everything lands in your repositories under your accounts.
Can we scale the team up mid-engagement?
Yes. Capacity is adjustable month to month — most clients start with one engineer and add as the roadmap justifies it.
Which time zones do you cover?
We work with teams across the US and EU and hold overlapping hours for both. Meeting times are agreed at the start of the engagement.
