01/The challenge

Trip planning collapses under its own research. Travellers open twenty tabs, cross-reference reviews of wildly varying quality, and still end up with a plan that ignores how long it actually takes to cross a city.

02/The solution

We built an itinerary engine that reasons about geography, opening hours and pace rather than just listing attractions. Travellers describe the trip they want in their own words and adjust the result by conversation instead of by form.

03/The results

Planning that used to take an evening now takes minutes, and itineraries hold up in practice because the model is constrained by real travel times rather than guessing at them.
