01/The challenge

Care in India is fragmented across clinics, labs and pharmacies that don't talk to each other. For a patient outside a major city, reaching the right specialist could mean a day of travel — and there was no remote infrastructure to fall back on.

02/The solution

We built an end-to-end platform: appointment booking, video consultation, lab test ordering, medicine delivery and a practice-management console for the clinical side. One record follows the patient across every step.

03/The results

The platform now carries a six-figure consultation volume with thousands of verified doctors on it, and holds a rating on the app stores that clinical products rarely reach.
